RSU Prima Medika again conducted a Post-Accreditation Hospital Service Quality Monitoring & Evaluation Survey in 2024 which was carried out Online/Virtually from 14-15 November 2024. This survey is an activity that must be carried out after RSU Prima Medika obtains Full Accreditation status.
Participants who attended this activity, both online and offline, included the KARS Surveyor Team, Directors and Management, Head of the Accreditation Team along with all Working Groups, Head of SPI, Head of Committee, Head of Installation/Room/Unit and other Hospital Civitas. In the opening ceremony, the Director of RSU Prima Medika, Dr. Putu Dian Ekawati, MPH., M.HKes delivered a speech, presented the Hospital quality evaluation and at the same time expressed his gratitude to the Surveyor who had carried out this Monitoring and Evaluation Survey. The Monitoring and Evaluation Survey of Service Quality and Patient Safety at RSU Prima Medika is expected to further improve the quality of Hospital services.
The series of Monitoring and Evaluation Verification Survey activities began with the presentation of the results of improving the quality and safety of patients in 2023-2024 by the Director and continued with a review of the completeness of documents and online/online service tracing. In the exit conference session, the Surveyor gave appreciation to the management team who had provided support in efforts to improve the quality of service and patient safety which were always carried out continuously by the Civitas Hospitalia and hoped that this evaluation would provide enthusiasm and change for RSU Prima Medika in providing services to the community.
